The Barrow House

The Barrow House is a 19th century Colonial-Era Farmhouse located in Clifton, NJ. Modeled after a traditional Hall & Parlor Home, the space is comprised of seven unique rooms, including a barn, capable of playing host to a variety of private events. Guests can enjoy options from our rustic, American Farm Fare menu, handcrafted cocktails, & robust selection of craft beer.

The Parkside Social

The newest restaurant by the Skopos Hospitality Group opened it doors April 4, 2022 in Verona, NJ with an assortment of share plates & entrees, along with an expertly crafted cocktail program. The Parkside Social blends the classic American tavern with modern accents drawing inspiration from nearby Verona Park. The custom oak bar area welcomes guests, while the back dining area has a relaxing lounge feel. The Oak Room, a 30 seat side dining area featuring a stone fireplace is an ideal space for your next private event. Additionally, a seasonal outdoor garden space welcomes guests during the warmer months.

I just held a 60 person brunch at Barrow House in their fully decorated tent. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. Melissa in their corporate office was amazing and helped guide me through months of planning. My guests were charmed by the decor in the tent (I didn't even need to get flowers for the tables). People are still talking about how tasty and plentiful the food was. I had non salad eaters raving about the apple salad. I had non salmon eaters raving about the salmon. My personal favorite was the rice Panko coated chicken Milanese. I wouldn't hesitate to use Barrow House again for a gathering!
