About Our Team
Chef Paul
Born in Korea, raised in NYC, Paul has grown to love food from his own culture to various foods all around the world. He fell in love with cooking from a young age, tasting and learning from his grandmother and mother. He mastered the art of French cuisine through school and working at different fine dining and casual dining establishments all across NYC including Jungsik, Narcissa and Chefs club, and many more. He has established and ran different concepts for multiple restaurants in NYC - Hawaiian, Japanese, Mediterranean to American, healthy eating, to just simple grab and go meals. He is a proven leader, husband, father, and son to his beloved family. He loves trying new food and getting inspired to create something unique and tasty.
